Quarterly Maintenance Program

Service Description

Wallace Home Solutions will come to your home once every quarter. This program offers a quarterly maintenance of your property to change air filters, clean dryer vents and dryer vent lines as well as an assessment of your home. It will include max. (2) filters per house and if additional filters are needed, there will be added cost for the filters to the homeowner. Anything that takes 30 minutes or less to repair or maintain, will be included in this program. However, if extra materials are needed, there could be an added cost to the client.
