Service Description

Wallace Home Solutions offers this plan mainly to people who may have a seasonal home or real estate agents how have rental properties. However, it's not limited to just that. In this program, we go to your property once a month to check everything to make sure there are no issues. Whether that be something leaking to a tree limb down in the yard. If you have a boat dock, we will check on it as well. Anything that takes 30 minutes or less to repair or maintain, will be included in this program. However, if extra materials are needed, there could be an added cost to the client.
